Tamalyn Dallal Shines

Here is absolutely one of my personal favorite bellydance Stars: Tamalyn Dallal. A dancer I completely respect and admire by all means. She is inspirational, enchanting, beautiful and a dream to watch. I love this dancer.

Tamalyn Dallal is master professional who was part of the bellydance superstars when they first appeared. She taught many wonderful dancers including the bellydance superstar Amar Gamal and Bozenka. She has performed all over the world, writes books and teaches workshops all over.

I myself have taken a number of her workshops including a dance teachers workshop to improve dance teaching skills. Every time I see this dancer whether in a workshop or performing live on stage, I can't help but look to her with so much admiration. I want to hear about her dance experiences, her knowledge and her milk her breath taking movements. Yes, I'm a fan :)

Unveiling the star
In this clip you can watch how intricate her moves are. Pay close attention to the way she points her toes, the lovely shape her arms make, the way she gently touches her forehead, her kicks and turns. Absolutely beautiful, take a look:



7 veils
In this clip Tamayln is unveiling 7 veils from her body while she performs. This is no easy feat. She once taught us the mechanics of this and it was kind a complicated. The veils must be wrapped in different part of the body, they should be made of different fabrics and sizes. Lot of work to me, I would feel too much like a insect wrapped in a spider web...LOL. I leave this one for Tamalyn, she does it best in my opinion.



The Superstar
This clip is the very first time I seen Tamalyn Dallal. I loved her style ever since. Even the song she is performing to is one of my favorites. Be sure to listen to her zill work, she plays beautifully.
